tori is operated by PHIXERA LTD ("we", "us"). By using tori you agree to these terms and are contracting with PHIXERA LTD. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

tori is a discovery tool and reader for free books: public-domain works and open-access titles published by their rights holders. The main catalogue hosts nothing — files come directly from the libraries that published them. A separate shared library holds books uploaded by readers who confirm they hold the rights or that the work is out of copyright.

You must not misuse tori. That includes:

• using the app for anything unlawful, or to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
• fraud, spam, or deceptive activity;
• interfering with the service — introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, or scraping the service in bulk;
• attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app itself.

PHIXERA LTD retains all rights in the tori app, its software, design, documentation and branding. Books in the catalogue belong to their respective rights holders or are in the public domain; your rights in them come from the source library or licence, not from us.

tori is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular title or source will remain available.

tori is free. Readers may optionally purchase a one-time digital supporter badge. A badge does not unlock or remove anything, and reading stays identical for supporters and non-supporters.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies.
